What level of progesterone (sensitivity/reliability) does this check? Is there a brochure for medical professionals?

Great question. Proov turns positive when urine PDG levels are > 5 ug/ml. Clinical studies show this level of PDG correlates to a serum progesterone level of about 10 ng/ml. Proov measures PDG in urine as opposed to progesterone in serum because research shows sustained urine PDG levels are a better marker of overall luteal phase health than a single serum progesterone level. There are no lines at all. is this defective? or am i using it incorrectly? i dipped it in for 5 seconds and laid it flat. zero lines. please advise.

My problem is that only the control to is showing no test line at all does that mean both tests two different mornings are defective? Or I tested to soon after period? I put in to line wait until it went up the line them set a timer for 5 mins.
