Core Grip Workout System Golf

The grip part that attaches to stuff for the system is good. The exercises are not that good and don't seem useful enough the way they are explained. The app for me is useless.

I ordered a right hand grip but received a left hand instead. I suggest you verify the purchase when it arrives. Seems like a good system.

this is the best system I have used. It has taken 10 strokes off my game so far. I am finally able to hit my irons the way they are supposed to be hit. I am very very happy with this system

Great tools to bring to the gym to help you with your golf swing. I would highly recommend this equipment for anyone looking to improve their golf game. I use this equipment two to three times a week.

Won't know until spring if it works as intended, but for now seems like it is working the areas intended.

An overpriced tool for exercise. Money would be better spent on resistance bands. In short a wate of money that will sit and collect dust.

I love it! Simple exercises. I'm hitting my irons 10 yards further while using less energy due to core strength.
