I am a medical records auditor and patient's personal information must be redacted per HIPAA regulations. This set works very well on most handwritten paper records however, not so much on printed electronic records, the type is too bold to cover. Still searching for an effective methods to redact those. This would work on those aggravating credit offers that come in the mail by the ton as well as most anything else.Fast delivery, reasonable price, new in package.

We read the reviews of the Shachihata Privacy Marker & Stamp before buying and knew the stamp would probably not work for us. We found that to be true. But we were looking forward to seeing how the pen worked. How disappointing to find that on glossy paper, you could use it to make scratch-off lottery tickets. All you need to do is scratch it with your finger nail and the text is visible again. If you take a damp tissue, you can wash it away too. Not really as secure as we'd like. Even on non-glossy paper it's sometimes less concealing that we wanted. We ended up using a permanent marker first and then covering that with this marker. The two together worked better but this marker didn't last long at all before it ran out of ink. We suggest you don't waste your money. It's a good idea though. Wish there was a marker like it that really worked.

The stamp is a bit small, although, it works great!

The stamp works on non-glossy paper. The pen is less useful

Both the stamp and the marker work well. The stamp could be a little larger and the cap wider so not to end up with ink on your hands.

I purchased this for work. Sharpies just don't cut it when you need to redact information. You can scan it and the information bleeds through. This security stamp works great. I would definitely recommend it.
