I was skeptical at first because I typically would use a Lavalier Style Mic. However, Lav style mics for cell phones aren't always the best with distortion/peaking so I figured I'd give this a try. I test a lot of mics so I'm happy with this. Pros: Body and Build: It is quality, you can feel it from the initial touch! The mic is "heavy"(meaning feels solid and sturdy build). There is metal and not cheap plastic everywhere! The only plastic is the very bottom of the mic where the battery tray would be understandably. It comes with a plain, but nice carrying case with decent padding on the inside to protect the Mic and Receiver. The case isn't like a shock proof box or anything like that, but it is a good sturdy build and gets the job done! I don't expect it to have any issues falling apart or anything like that with normal wear and tear. The carrying case has room for more in it! If you need to add cables, batteries, different tripod feet, etc. the case has room for it! The Sound: It does a great job out of the box and with no fuss producing a solid almost broadcast level sound quality! I have not had any issues with interference or anything, but there are multiple channels onboard in case you need to change to a different channel. The sound is is full and crystal clear accenting my voice just slightly with a little in the low range, but otherwise a very natural representation of my voice! I like that, it add light amplification, but does not change it or make is sound drastically different. Cons: Most of these are preferences, not issues with the product itself! I wish it came with dongles for USB-C or iOS Lightning Ports. I had to search forever to find my dongle haha! I wish it came with AA batteries, it doesn't arrive with any so you have to have some on hand(small gripe, I know lol) The included tripod legs are shorter than I like, but again this is preference. However, I can say it is nice that they included the whole kit and did not make you go out and buy a ball head and tripod legs to then hold the receiver and phone. Summary: All in all, this is solid! A great pick up! I do content creation and wanted to expand my mobile content work! The build is good and solid, sound is good, I wish it came with a dongle and batteries, but the actual product itself and the few accessories offer very good value!

The best camera you can have is the one that can be with you at all times, This is why people use their phone for cameras. When you pair your Phone with the Comica CVM-WS50 you get Quality images and sound from your phone. It's compact and easy to travel with, and it is almost effortless to attach to almost any phone android, or ios, It comes with 2 1/4 inch one on top one on the bottom in case you wish to attach a light on top or a tripod on the bottom as well as a headphone jack to monitor your audio. It's well built and I can recommend it if you want to take great videos and sound on the go. My only advice if you have an iPhone without a headphone jack you need to buy an original adapter from apple because most of the imitations don't work with the CVM, other than that this is a great buy and I can recommend it.

We bought this microphone set to use for our weddings live stream and it worked fabulously. Its very easy to set up and once connected to the phone works instantly! Hardly any adjustment on volume needed! Our online guests commented on how wonderful it was to hear perfectly the ceremony watching online. Just a warning though to definitely check your audio levels before going live! If this thing is turned up a lot people can hear people talking that arent holding the microphone - great range! But can be distracting! Overall recommend 10/10 this item if you want a handheld microphone for a wedding, live stream, recorded video, etc. ******My only comment would be to make sure if you're using an iPhone to use an Apple recognized converter from the headphone jack into the lightning cable - knock offs dont work!*****
