Recommended Use: One Serving: Combine 1/4 cup Organic Bulgur Wheat with 3/4 cup water and a dash of salt (optional). Microwave for eight to 10 minutes. Two Servings: Combine 1/2 cup Organic Bulgur Wheat with 1 1/2 cups water and 1/4 tsp salt (optional). Microwave for 12 to 14 minutes. Four Servings: Combine 1 cup Organic Bulgur Wheat with 3 Cups water and 1/2 tsp salt (optional). Microwave for 17 to 19 minutes. Times may vary with microwave power. Microwave Instructions: Place ingredients in a narrow, tall microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for the minutes above or until desired consistency.
