Eliminates Snoring & Sleep Apnea - Better Quality Sleep & Less Dark Circles!
I’ve struggled with loud snoring and sleep apnea for years, and no matter how many hours I slept, I’d still wake up groggy, foggy, and just completely drained. I tried mouth tapes before, but they either irritated my skin or peeled off in the middle of the night, which is super frustrating and honestly not worth it. Then I came across the MEW X AIR, which created a real difference starting on my first night. The soft silicone design is super comfortable and actually stays put all night without causing any irritation. It gently encourages me to breathe through my nose, and ever since I started using it, my snoring has dropped dramatically. I no longer wake up with that awful dry mouth or pounding morning headaches. Even my partner mentioned how much quieter our nights have become - no more elbow jabs to the ribs! What I really appreciate is how it supports proper airflow. It’s not a miracle cure, but it’s definitely helped with my sleep apnea and given me deeper, more restful sleep. I wake up feeling clear-headed and way more energized. Since it's also reusable, I’m also saving money too, which is a necessity in this economy! My noticeable benefits: 1. Reduces snoring and dry mouth in the morning. 2. Gently promotes nasal breathing naturally without sticky residue tape. 3. Soft, secure, and skin-friendly fit. 4. Helps with my sleep apnea. 5. Cost-effective reusable design. 6. Improved sleep quality and boosted daytime energy. If you're dealing with snoring or sleep apnea, this is 100% worth trying. It's made a big difference in my sleep and overall quality of life. Great product without the need for a prescription!

False advertising and Non-returnable, would keep teeth from grinding if that's your problem
Prevents your mouth from closing and your jaw from relaxing. Is not a Mewing device. This is intended to stop mouth breathing, Mewing is restructuring your mouth by pressing your tongue against your palate. This does nothing to create pressure on your palate. It is a very nice silicon, soft on your teeth which it holds apart like a mouthguard to prevent teeth from grinding. Within minutes of insertion, it builds up a surprising amount of saliva which you can't fully swallow due to not being able to close your mouth. If you try it, be sure to take it out only at a sink with running water. It will be followed by a large glob of drool. It is not returnable even though Amazon gives a return-by date and takes you through the entire return process before telling you it is unreturnable.

Helped My Breathing More Than I Expected
I picked this up because I’ve tried mouth tape before and hated how it felt. This is a much better solution. It trains you to keep your mouth closed without taping your lips shut like a hostage scene, and that alone makes it worth it. After a few nights I noticed I was waking up with less dry mouth and actually feeling more rested. It also made a difference during the day. I catch myself breathing through my nose more without even thinking about it. It takes a little getting used to, but once you do, it just becomes part of your routine. Simple idea, surprisingly effective.

Worth the try, but didnt work for me.
I was hopeful this would be better than tape, but it did not work for me. I have tried a mouth product before and it didn't work, but it was larger and protruded the lower jaw. This was much simpler and more comfortable. I didnt have the problems other people had. Sure I produced saliva, but I could swallow it without difficulty. I only wore it one and a half nights, but it didn't hurt me like the first one did. If you've been wearing tape as long as I have, it's really unobtrusive and I don't think about it. Sometimes I take it off while sleeping, but most often I don't. The first night I wore this product I was so aware it was there. I feel like I didn't sleep well that night. Last night was my second night and I woke up with my mouth wide open and the product still in place. Tbh, when I opened the package my first thought was, how does this keep my mouth shut? Well, it didnt keep mine shut. To me, with mixed reviews it was worth the money to try it. Sadly for me it didn't work.

Ends dry mouth!
Excellent product. Does exactly what it claims to do. I use the day Mew with my cpap to completely stop the dry mouth I got from mouth breathing. Seems fairly sturdy yet soft enough to be comfortable. Sleep is much more sound because of the lack of dry mouth. When it wears out I’ll snip the front of the night Mew to eliminate the cord so it’ll fit with cpap mask. Pricey, but it works!

Hurts Jaw - Doesn't Allow Teeth to Meet
i wanted to like this... and there are things about it that i do like. but overall, it was not a good fit for me. i like the material, i like the part that tucks behind your lips and in front of your teeth, but the part that keeps your molars from touching is awful. i felt like that part was super unnecessary. i tried to be okay with it, but it started hurting my jaw almost immediately not being able to have my teeth meet in the back. it was effective at stopping mouth breathing, so there's that... wasn't able to actually fall asleep with it in, so i can't speak to much else. i might try cutting out the bite part and just having the... "dam" would you call it? wish i could return

Really impressed
I am a chronic snorer and wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered the MEW X AIR kit, I simply wanted to sleep better/longer and not disturb my partners sleep, and I must admit it was a little uncomfortable at first but I quickly got used it its fit. Greace your lips lightly to avoid dryness, once guard is in push your tongue against the roof of your mouth to create a suction which holds the guard secure/in place so it wont fall out. Every body is different some people sleep with their mouths open, others with it closed. My experience may not be yours. I understand that it trains you to breath properly and so I'm also using it in the days when I'm home and I'm genuinely impressed. It actually relaxes my breathing so I don't snore as heavy and I love that it's reusable, easy to clean and helps with mental focus. I highly recommend.

Overpromising, worse results than using nothing in my mouth
I was searching for something else than a mouth tape (I used to love my PapMD tape, but it gave my lips some kid of allergy). I found this product and it sounded just perfect, so I got it. Unfortunately, nothing that it promised happened. I gave it a try for so many nights. Stopped, then started again. Always the same result. While the silicone is soft, and it may look like it's going to be like a nice adult pacifier, it is actually really uncomfortable in my mouth. Feels kind of too big, I cannot even close my lips, so suddenly my bottom lip/jaw is hanging who knows where. The lips get really dry and the inside of my mouth too (even though, it truly doesn't allow for mouth breathing). I could not get comfortable with that thing, waking up every 20 minutes and was so aware of the guard being there. Also, in the morning, when I took it out, it felt like my teeth were "hurting", sort of weird numbness on all my teeth. Maybe from the guard pushing against my teeth all the night? I don't know. I gave it a chance to get used to it, but it never got better. My mouth was drier than without using anything (tape or guard). Plus the falling jaw is not fun either. The tape was actually holding the lips/jaws nicely together. And lastly, you cannot return this product. So for that reason I felt compelled to write this review, it promises too much, doesn't deliver, and you cannot return it. Too bad, I wanted to like it because I like to support small businesses.
