These are powerful and give one a slight mental energy boost without the crash that coffee does. If i have a long day i may sometimes put one on my arm and remember to take it off a couple of hours before bedtime.Or it will keep me awake. YOu can actually make them last two days if you the patch off and put it on a glass window or glass bottle. If you leave it off without doing this the nicotine will dry out and be ineffective to use again.I dont smoke and the idea that these could be addictive is absurd. I use them for three days at a time sometimes and believe they have health benefits but so far the only thing i have noticed is that my concentration in meditation has more clarity and focus. Which for me is a very big deal. I am still analyzing the health benefits but because i am already in very good health have not noticed what some of my friends are commenting on regarding enormous health benefits. Methylene blue , fresh poured ionised water, red light therapy, PEMF therapy are all fantastic and i consider nicotine patches to be another seamless aid to my health balance.

I bought this after reading that a low dose of natural nicotine gives your body energy. I'd tried the more expensive ones you can buy in stores first, and the only difference that I found is these stick to my skin MUCH better and cause no irritation at all. The individual packages are sooo much easier to open .. they already have a lead, and even less unrecycable packaging. They're smaller, durable and don't have sticky residue around the edges like the ones I bought before did, that would catch on clothes and get pulled off; they stay on all day long and don't come off till I take it off, and very easy to use. These are MUCH less expensive than the others, and work just as well .. I can tell no difference there, but understand; I am NOT a smoker. I am very pleased with the product and will repurchase. 5 🌟

This is my first time ever using a patch. I quit cigarettes with vaping but now can’t quit vaping. This patch does seem kinda weak or it wears off faster or isn’t strong enough. I’m not sure. I change it 2x a day and wear it overnight. The cravings are less and I do hit my vape less and there isn’t extreme irritability from not vaping. I was scared to put the whole patch on the first time cause I heard some people get sick and vom, so I cut it into a quarter, that didn’t do anything, then I cut it in half and it helped. After a few days I figured I needed to wear the whole patch as the half wasn’t providing me with sufficient nic. I’m actually considering wearing 1.5 latches instead and see if I can go a whole day without even touching my vape. sticks pretty well to the skin, I showered with it on before. So far, less cravings, less being angry or fidgety. Still vaping but not nearly as much as I used to, now I vape every few hours instead of every few minutes so let’s see how it goes. Weaning off the patch is probably gonna be terrible too but we’re not there yet. And yes I know the packaging says not to cut the patch, but that’s BS. You can absolutely cut it if it’s too much or if you need a little more. Good luck

If I can give negative 0 point one star I would. This item does not say on the body at all. It is hard to see how to open it up to administer it. As well, the print that is on the box is so small you cannot read it to find out how to use the product. I would avoid this item.

Pros: 1.) Small, discrete size 2.) Good adhesive 3.) No irritation Cons: 1.) Inconsistent quality: felt like the amount of nicotine per patch varied.

Can’t believe how wonderful a product this is! Everyone in my household uses it and loves it. Clears up light nasal congestion in a snap! And totally no-addictive to boot!
