Very sturdy and perfect for what I needed to help me balance while getting used to using a new walking pad that didn't have a handle bar built into it. I just needed something to hold that would give me the extra security to steady my stride if needed and this works great. Sturdy and yet light weight enough to hold easily up off the ground with one hand. I like that the ends are flat and have the added rubber grip that gives a comfortable end to hold onto as well!

Came packaged very well. The wood seems to be of good quality and I really enjoy the fact that it’s pink. Did I enjoy paying $30 for a wooden stick with pink ends? No. But am I happy with my purchase? Yes.

Place over shoulders, bend forward, and simulate your golf swing slowly to stretch your back before playing. Love this product for stretching. Could use better and thicker handles for hanging on a wall rack.

The QR code on the sticks said we could use the stick training class for free but they wanted me to buy the class. What at I doing wrong or is this just a "bait and switch?"
