The item was great. The taste is excellent with knowing you're eating something healthy. It didn't last that long I am almost out. I will be purchasing more at the end of the month. The product gives you a lot of good rest at night. I'm waking up at 5:00 a.m. and ready to go on with my day. I don't sleep during the day since I have been taking it. This is a great deal, you don’t really need 4,000 mg so I just take one gummy a day. The recommended dosage is only 500mg a day, at 2000 mg this is more than enough. Tastes great. Now I will see if they have any effect
