The protein quality is alright, but not the best, though it works for this postpartum mom as a good quick breakfast meal replacement. Decent value for your dollar. This is the second flavor I've bought from this brand. My first flavor was Extreme Milk Chocolate, which tasted great. I have read reviews that this flavor tasted bitter but some other reviews that said it tasted good. Well, as a chocolate lover...for me.. this tastes like nothing. Literally nothing!!!! All I could taste was the almond milk I mixed it with. No chocolate at all. I guess this could be good for people who want no flavor; but wouldn't you just look for unflavored protein instead? I'm glad this was a small container; I'll be going back to the other flavor or looking elsewhere.
