I really like it. I was very suspicious at first cause I’ve had bad experiences with hot plates. But this is a workhorse. Heats up quickly but not surprisingly so. It is very stable. It has a sturdy plug and base. Easy to clean. No corners where food can lodge. I gave it 5 stars and it deserves all 5. But follow the directions and burn off the coating before using it for cooking. Do it where there is lots of ventilation. Btw, I bought this for my RV.

I love this hot plate so much!! We are in the middle of a kitchen renovation and I’m a cook so we could not get by without cooking and decided to buy this while it was on sale during prime day and I do not regret it and would purchase over and over again. I read reviews before buying so I decided to turn it on for the first time outside in case it smoked up but fortunately it did not, nor did it smell so I was pleased with that so far. It fits all my pots and pans and evenly distributes heat so nothing burned while cooking even on max heat (yes, I cooked mostly on MAX heat 😉). Our old kitchen had an electric stove that I wish I could throw off a roof and this hot plate blew it out of the water!!! I was nervous that it would take forever to heat anything up or burn everything like our stove did but it was the opposite. I’ve noticed while using it, it auto maintains the heat and temporarily shuts the heat off so it helps keep things at temp and avoids burning. The ONLY downfall was that whole unit gets very hot but I was working with an electric stove that did the same thing before so it was something I’m used to so just be careful. My stove/oven is broken ($$$$$ to fix) so I've had to purchase hot plates. This one so far is the best I've purchased. The heat elements provide for a close to consistent temperature unlike the coil hot plate heating elements. Sleek look. Properly clean the elements before cooking. Cusimax Double Electric burner is a portable stove that works great for small and medium sized pots and pans. I have been using it daily for 2 months now with medium sized ceramic coated pots and pans and have had no issues. I have also used a griddle on the Cusimax and it works fine. I've cooked spaghetti, boiled eggs, ribeye steak, chicken, sausage, rice, eggs, instant noodles, and ground beef patties for hamburgers. I have had no issues with this unit except the knobs do get hot. After each use, i do turn off the unit and immediately unplug it from the outlet for safety reasons. For the size, convenience, and price, I think this product is great.

Burner did not last one year with occasional use.one burner over heated and had to unplug so as not to start a fire. The.right hand know could not be used to turn off. Other parts were intact but I am throwing it out.(afraid of it causing a fire).

We're without a kitchen for a few months (remodel), and having this little hot plate is great for cooking. Yes, it will take longer than the usual kitchen burner, but it's a plug-in appliance not a major appliance. For that purpose, it works great. We figure we can also use it later for other purposes, like a hot pot, or a fondue pot (or just to keep something warm). I also have a Coleman camp stove, but that needs to be used outdoors (however, it puts out a lot more heat). This one is much more convenient, and can be safely used indoors. The quality and finish look nice, and the dials work well, intuitive to use. Reasonable price, it does the job, no complaints, and I'm satisfied.

I really like the two burners. I cooked my pasta gravy (sauce) on the larger burner. I actually waited toooo long to start the water for the pasta. If should have started it much shorter. The water actually took nearly 30 minutes to boil. Next time I will start the water at least 45 min sooner. Overall, really like I. It was nice having it on the island a chat with friends. I’m use to my gas stove, it’s much faster. I will make adjustments next time. ℹ do highly recommend this product. I will NEVER purchase an electric stove.

Worked really well but I ended up returning it because I found a cheaper one.

Our 32 year old oven stopped working then short circuited due to frayed, crumbled insulation on some wires. We ordered a new stove but it was going to take three days to arrive so we ordered this hotplate which arrived the next day to be able to do some simple cooking until the new stove arrived. This lovely little hotplate looks elegant and heated food efficiently albeit less forcefully than the old coil stove top. Then we got the new stove so this hotplate will come in handy to use at the table to keep food warm when we have burritos or fondu.

The elements heat up evenly thanks to their cast iron covers. The elements take some time to get up to temperature, boiling 2 litres of water takes awhile. Good temperature control at lower setting for Eg. eggs.

Mon rond de poèle est défectueux et je ne peux le remplacer car trop vieux, c'est une plaque Jen-Air ancien modèle avec une vis pour l'élément et la vis ne s'enlève pas, j'ai donc opté pour cet article en attendant de remplacer la plaque au complet. Ça fonctionne très bien, j'ai fais une grosse sauce à spaghetti et des beignes et tout fut un succès. Seul bémol, l'écriture sur les roulettes de fonctions sont un peu pâles mais c'est minime car c'est vraiment une belle plaque. L'écran d'affichage n'est pas large mais très bien situé.
