Q: Product works in my right ear but not in my left? i had surgery in my left ear when i was a kid would this this be a factor? also can I return product

Not sure have you tried turning the volume up higher in the left ear one using the key stick that comes with it?

yes the domes come with them BUT I found these earing aids completely useless they are amplifiers not earing aids, earing aids are a completely different thing the ones I bought finished up at the bottom of a drawer
