Great stuff, been struggling with a small meniscus tear which I don’t want surgery for as I want to keep playing football. I have been using this supplement for 2 weeks now and I can honestly say it has been a game changer for me. I am noticing a lot less aches and pains (I'm 57 and I go to the gym regularly), recovery seems to be faster and DOMS is no longer much of an issue for me!. I feel stronger too which is great. after a week of use I accidentally burned my hand on a hot generator and although I got it under cold running water and ice quickly I could see that blisters were starting to form. This is my first time trying peptides. I've been an avid supplement taker and gym goer for over 20 years but am a bit late to the party on peptides.This item is a 1 month supply of 2 types of peptides, both aimed at recovery, repair, energy and a whole host of other benefits.Supplements are always going to vary person to person, and will start to work slowly over time. I'm nearly a month in now and it's bene positive. I take the 2 capsules first thing in the morning before doing my exercise. I must admit, and I don't know if it's simpy the placebo effect (which i don't typically get) or these actually give a noticeable feeling, but i have felt good energy levels after taking and an actual want to do the work outs rather than forcing myself.Recovery time between exercises seems to be slightly reduced as well.The cost is a sticking point, and I almost gave 4 stars as over £50 a month for 1 supplimwnt is a lot of money. But, peptides aren't cheap and actually to ensure you get good ones, you wouldn't want them to be cheap either.

This is my second time ordering BPC157 & TB500 from Samuals Health. I originally ordered peptides after hearing about people using these to rehab from injuries. I'm in my 40s and have some achilles trouble and stubborn plantar fassciitis from playing too much tennis without rest and a minor shoulder niggle. On using the first batch I noticed my achilles pain had gone away and did not re-appear whilst using the peptides. I was also able to play tennis on 5 consecutive days with only tired/dead legs as a consequence, which is quite remarkable as ordinarily I start struggling with various aches and pains after a couple of days consecutive play. Whether the peptides truly help promote healing or are just super strong anti-inflammatories remain to be seen, but appear suprisingly effective for an oral supplement, so I am giving them a second go as my plantar fasciitis has returned several months after running out... fingers crossed.
