First, I use this stuff to help calm my stomach, which is a daily battle. It helps, more so than OTC stomach medicines. That being said, this stuff tastes like death. Scratch that, it tastes like nothing, but smells god awful, and leaves a horrible aftertaste. So, here's what to do. Take a deep breath and hold it. Drink cabbage juice. Take a shot of honey in your mouth and work it around BEFORE you exhale. It helps a lot. I promise.

I was hesitant to buy this because people said it was revolting, but I just tried it and as a person who loves veggies, including cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower, I think it's fine. Definitely the smell is the worst part. I did what I saw someone do one YouTube, which is do NOT attempt to put it in a glass! Just cut a tiny corner off the package and sip from there. That way the smell is totally contained. So I would say disgustingness is def. personal preference and varies. To me the aftertaste is just cabbage aftertaste. I plan to eat breakfast right after, since supposedly this is best taken on an empty stomach. I only gave 4 stars cos I just took my first one and have no idea if it will really heal my stomach. I will attempt to remember to come back and say, but tbh it's unlikely I'll do that. ;+) I'm just writing the review I wish I had seen before I got it. It seems many reviewers don't like the taste; but I found the taste just fine. And it helps to reduce the darkness of my poo. Yes it is little pricey but worth your dollars.
