I used this ingredient for my manga pudding and I loove the texture of it!

I was expecting the pearls to be the size of your typical Boba balls you get in your drinks but these are tiny and they all stick together. Maybe I need to do something different when cooking to prevent them from being so sticky, but I would look elsewhere if you're looking for Boba the size of what you get a restaurant. Also the package has Warning that it is exposed to BPA which is probably just the packaging but still you don't want your food to have this kind of warning on it.
