TEC 7 Tec 7 535206 310ml Sealant for Bonding/ Sealing/ Fastening - White

Perfect for repairing holes in uPVC doors etc, and also for other sealing and caulking jobs around the home. It bonds to anything apart from your fingers; it cures quickly, even underwater, so it'll probably seal your yacht too; you can paint over it; it's anti-mould, anti-fungal; flexible, but not too flexible. Brilliant white in colour, both when squeezed and when set. Doesn't expand as much as I thought it would, so you may need a top-up application. Remember to wear gloves when applying.

I have been using Tec 7 for 4 years. It is a solvent free mastic and adhesive and can be used to bond most items. It is a sealant for all sorts of bathroom areas and is excellent to seal around window frames, coving and more. And it never cracks open. It is more expensive than ordinary mastic but you do the job once and it last! Buy it!

excellent stuff , one of the best of its type...Problem is now that other manufacture's have developed their own version of this product, Tec7 is now to expensive and very few retailers stock it !!

Very good adhesion and sealant. Used it for semi recessed sink that had come loose and so far has worked well.

Unibond is always the one that's advertised and in ur face especially on Amazon but unibond is no good I had to strip it off every few months esp the white sealant in my bathroom but not TEC 7 this sealant doesn't change colour.

Accurate description it does what says. Used on running water and it's blocked the leaking. highly recommended for indoor or outdoor
