Amazon Basics Game Storage Case for Nintendo Switch

This case is actually really good. Obviously there isnt enough space for stuff like the tv dock or the charger (possible if you push it) but it does hold everything else well. There is enough space to carry the console, 10 games, a set of joy cons and the hdmi cord if you choose. The quality is pretty good, the case doesnt bend/cave easily due to it being a hard case and it protects my switch well during travel. I ran with it in my bag and even dropped it once and nothing had happened to my switch. It's easy and light weight and keeps everything organized. Only downside was the small little velcro part you see at the bottom, the velcro over a very short time period just became useless, it's not really needed but it's good to mention it.

This is an amazing product! Many amazonbasics products are not the best but I was in the market for a high quality switch case that can hold a lot while being protective. I initially started looking at officially liscensed case but couldn’t find one with the credentials I was looking for until I came across this unofficial amazon basics case and after reading the reviews I knew it was the one. Now having this product I can say that it lives up to the reviews, I’m not sure if it actually holds the power adapter because I didn’t want to undo my cable management but I put another big power cable and it fit. It was a bit tight but as long as you press down on the case a bit and then zip it up it fits fine even though it’s a bit tight but that doesn’t really bother me. Although it slightly bothers me how this isn’t officially lisenced, it’s such good quality that it should be. I wanted a case with a nice Nintendo design or logo but now looking at it, the minimalist design is really growing on me. Would definitely recommend!

After doing a lot of comparisons with other Switch cases and carriers, I settled on this one because I didn't think I would really need many of the extra features, pouches, and aesthetics of the other cases on the market. I'm glad I went with this one because the design is simple, but that also means less problems and points where things can breakdown. The handle seems sturdy enough and the case has a hard shell that should protect nicely against falls. There is no zipper on the inside mesh netting, so no need to worry about the Switch getting scratched while inside. Sometimes simpler is just better and easier and I think this product is a great case in point.

About to go on a trip and I thought it’d be wise to have a case to protect my Switch. The case is good. Nice, solid exterior so the Switch doesn’t get damaged; plenty of interior space so the Switch can fit with both side controllers on; and a padded flap to protect the screen, which I thought was a nice touch. Only thing is, because the exterior is firm, it takes up a lot of room in my suitcase. So just something to be aware of.

It’s a great product. The walls might be a bit more pliable than you expect, but overall good construction. You can store games and the switch in it. The place where the switch goes has a raised table in it so that pressure from the outside doesn’t ruin it or the sticks. I gave it four stars instead of five only because value for money. There are similar models with a power bank in them for a few dollars on top of this product.

This case is perfect for your Nintendo switch and accessories. The outside isn’t just a soft covering there is some protection there and that’s what I was looking for to carry mine in my pursue sometimes. But I didn’t want a soft case or a case that I had to struggle with to get my things out. Everything fits just right. Great case! I bought my son and daughter one too and haven’t had a break yet with their switches and they are very accident prone lol :-)

I ordered this case 2 days before my 16 hour flight to Dubai and Chennai in an last minute panic. And WOW this case is fantastic. No issues with TSA, even with American customs and all, and the case had a lot of storage for a compact space. Very secure and survived a pretty brutal experience, plus the case is still in great condition. Definitely will be recommending this to my friends with nintendo switches.

I've been taking my Switch with me to work for gaming over lunch break and the occasional after-work LAN. I had an old netbook sleeve I was carrying it around in, but there was no real protection and everything was just rattling around. I bought this case and am very happy with it. I also run Linux on my Switch with an RCMLoader dongle and use a mini Bluetooth keyboard. Both of these fit in the case along with a second set of Joy-cons and room for a slim charger. It's a tight fit, but the case feels durable and protects the Switch screen well. The screen cover also has room for additional game cards, but I only have one physical game so far (Smash) and leave it in my Switch.
