Can you put the infuser in the pot while boiling?

Throughly rise the teapot with hot water or tea before first use. 2). Empty the pot after each use. 3). The small fire is suggested, not recommended to use on the stovetop for a long time. 4). If the kettle rust due to improper use, please repeat boiling water for several times, a protective layer will be formed on the surface of the cast-iron kettle, and the iron ions will be better absorbed. 5). Keep out of reach of children. For Clean and Care. 1). Hand wash only. Avoid cleaning the teapot with detergent, brush or cleaning implement. 2). If the interior is enameled..how is it possible for it to release iron into the tea? I do not think this is possible.

The description does say it's a possibility...not that it guarantees that will happen. But yes, if the interior is enameled, it cannot release iron. In my pot, the bottom has two small rust areas so I don't think the enameling is done to perfection.

Has anyone added a wistle to the tea pot? If so which one?

Sersiously. A whistle would really be helpful. I have not added one, but I would like to.

In one place it says this one is Aqua but in another it's described as light green. Which is it?
