This is a wonderful 2 gallon thermal drink dispenser! It is very well-made, the spout and handle work perfectly with no leaks, and it really does keep things hot or cold for hours. I took this to a church event to serve hot chocolate, and everyone was so impressed with it that they asked me to please bring it to other events and get-togethers. I have done so, and we have used it to serve coffee and lemonade. The two gallon amount is the perfect. We can make the coffee early and then a few hours later, it is still piping hot. It is not heavy, so it is easy to take somewhere, especially if it is transported empty. I wasn't sure how much I would use this, as I don't entertain big groups very often in my home, but it has really been getting a lot of use at church, and I am so pleased with it!

Wash well before use with every item you receive that is going to hold food or beverages.Kept coffee hot for more than 6 hours. Have not used with any cold beverage so far. I am hopeful that it will also keep my beverages cold for hours.

I have a family gathering every couple of weeks, and living in a hot, southwestern state - we always try to keep everyone hydrated. This kept juice cocktail cool for everyone - of all ages - drink during the family get together.It did exactly what we needed it to - kept things cool all night - and held a lot. We had to refill it once, but it was easy to do mid-gathering.Really recommend this as a great addition to a 'hosting household'.

Terrible - cheap junk. Not worth the $70 price I was charged. Returned same day. The valve around the spigot is not sealed properly and “insulating” material (looked like plastic bag) was poking out around the valve. The feet that hold it up were unstable and very cheap plastic. Won’t dispense anything thicker than coffee. Not suitable for hot chocolate or thin smoothies. Unless you like overpaying for cheap junk, I wouldn’t bother.

This is really great for parties. Not the keg kind, the family friendly kind. lolWhatever you put in here is going to hold a good temperature for your entire party. It'll lose some over time obviously, but by the end of the party, the cup filled will be nice and warm (or cool, depending). It's impressive, especially since it's not plugged in.Stainless steel inside and out. It's nice that this has a thermometer integrated so there's no guessing as to if it is losing too much temperature for some reason. (Not sure about the accuracy... I haven't tested that) At 2.1 gallons, it's a nice size for that family gathering. Boba tea anyone?I hope you liked my review. I don't mind having my kids' friends over, but I hate them running in and out of the house. We have a good hill in the backyard and wanted something we could put out and maintain the temp to prevent the slushy muddy boots from trashing our place.This is perfectly adequate. We mulled some cider, dumped it in, and the kids could pour from there.It's not anything to elegant in style, and I am not confident the temp reads accurately, but if you need a monster yeti tumbler with a spout on it for self serving, this thing is it.
