It certainly Does! It's actually using an approved FDA "Nutrition" facts label, not the "supplement" facts making it eligible for EBT. I think they had to quit adding in the 2 drips of "panther tears" to gain the FDA approval.

No, Reign doesn't contain any Beta-Alanine. If you're looking for a solid energy drink with Beta-Alanine, however, I highly recommend C4
