This cookware set is well made and meets all my expectations.

I am on a journey to find less toxic ways to cook, and I have tried a variety of changes. I switched my Teflon pans to ceramic, and I love the set; however, they just aren't durable and have to be replaced after about a year. I decided to try stainless steel for a set that will last longer. After a few weeks, I can say these are really impressive. They perform well and are super durable. What I love: Even Heating: These heat evenly and stay hot Versatility: These are oven safe which is awesome and they work great for gas or induction Built to Last: These pieces are HEAVY. They are thick and durable. I hope they last for years. Dishwasher Safe: A huge plus. I will say, since these are stainless steel, they come with a learning curve. You have to heat them correctly and use oil to prevent sticking. I struggle sometimes with getting things not to stick, and it makes some things more frustrating to cook. Overall, this is an amazing set. If you're looking for a cookware set that will grow with your cooking skills and last for years, this is a fantastic choice.

I have used T-fal brand bakeware and stockpots for decades and, while I do take care to use utensils safe for non-stick surfaces (mostly wooden spoons and spatulas), the cookware and bakeware still looks like new! So when I saw this set of cookware by T-fal, I didn't hesitate. My old hard anodized saucepans and skillets are showing their age and it's time to replace them. This T-fal brand is a very good choice at a very good price. I will note that the lid knobs can get too hot to handle so a potholder should be used. I've found this is a common issue, even with high-priced hard anodized cookware. While the cookware is great, an extra set of measuring cups & spoons is appreciated. The steamer insert is a common type and good to have. However, the 6 tools are kind of flimsy and cheap quality. I'll stick with my wooden and silicone cooking tools. The cookware set itself is the star of the show here and definitely worth it. Recommended

These are a good set of starter stainless steel pans. They are lightweight, and you can put them in the dishwasher, which makes them quick to clean, though even with hand scrubbing they seem to hold onto oil stains in particular. We have Emeril pans as well. Both sets have similar sizes, and functionality, but the Emeril are heavier (possibly thicker metal), and seem to be a little better quality. The steamer in this set is compact, but since it doesn't have handles getting the vegetables out feels precarious. The metal utensils work well, but seem a bit on the big side. The size of saucepans is exactly what we needed, though something right in the middle would be nice. I think it would be 2 qt. We have one in our Emeril set, and we use it daily. However, we needed the two sizes we got with this set, so it worked out for us. We have a little induction cooktop, that over time has become a little unpredictable. These pans work so well with it that cooking on it has become difficult. We usually use cast iron on our induction cooktop, and it evens out the fluctuations better. Most of the time we use these on a standard electric glass cooktop, and everything works as expected. Overall very happy to have this pan and utensil set. It filled in some places that we had a need, and we love stainless steel pans.
