Worth buying
Works well on soft wood, soft stones. Works on hard wood but it eats up the battery, had to recharge after 20 min, which is easy to deal with when need a power supply, it does recharge very quickly.Enjoying playing with it, practising before getting set a project.It's not too noisy, which was a worry, as I've a hearing sensitivity. Easy to use straight out of the box.Will be looking to add accessories, not sure at this point how easy that'll be, saw some that looked expensive.

Not as advertised
The item is not as shown in the advert, which is relevant for potential purchasers to know (I was asked to re-write my review because it wasn't relevant to the product). There is no starter kit included - which is stated in the advert as included, and there is an image of the supposed starter kit contained within the pictures. It is for this reason that the product is unsatisfactory.

Poor quality, short battery life.
Poor quality second hand item. The description said 30 attachments, but only 28 were supplied with 2 obviously missing. The charge level went from 100 to 85 within 3 minutes of use, and the pen itself was scratched and well used. Waiting for a return label from seller.

Underpowered and weak
Massively underpowered for a so called 'professional' device.Very easy to stall the motor even using the lightest of touch.Have only tried it on the softest of materials - ie cured Air Dry clay to add detailing and it struggles with that!I don't think it would survive if you tried to use it as 'advertised' for stone/wood engraving.Battery lasts 10mins max when using the burrs.Also it came without the test samples of materials or the keyed chuck (came with the push fit which I think is dangerous)Overall one of my worst amazon purchases in many years...

Stopped working after a few uses.
Stopped working after a few uses. It was good while it worked but I turned it on today and it just turned off after a few seconds and won’t turn back on. Checked the battery and it’s at full battery when plugged in.
