Has really helped me cut back on drinking in the evening. It also taste good. Doesn't always mix completely so I gave it a 4 star.

I like the ingredients and I like the taste.But this does not mix up well. I did discover that if I add the scoop of powder to my glass and then add water that I don't get lumps like happened when I added the powder into the water last.However, no matter how long I stir, and even let this sit for a while on the counter, this does mix up fully. There is grainy stuff that sinks to the bottom of the glass that never dissolves. I don't know if that is the magnesium or what.Once I get near the bottom of the glass as I drink I have to swirl the liquid around again and try to get it down. But there is always grainy stuff left in the glass which makes me feel like I'm not getting everything.I won't buy this one again.

This 4-in-1 magnesium powder with L-theanine, lion's mane magnesium, and even better, no added sugar, gives me 250 mg of magnesium per serving. Magnesium helps me reduce stress and sleep better. I like to take it with mineral water and lots of ice. It has a delicious pomegranate and orange flavor.

Tastes okay but the gritty bits sink to the bottom and nvr dissolve. The biggest let down however is the amount in the bag if your not even gunna fill the bag half way maybe use a smaller bag I will not be purchasing again. It's just not worth the price vers the amount when others out there give you more product at the same price that actually dissolves completely.

I've tried a lot of different magnesium powder drinks and this one is the best yet. My daughter really enjoys this mixed with La Croix and a splash of heavy cream - a healthier Italian soda that really helps her mood!
