The Edelbrock 2696 Carburetor Adapter Manifold is a 0.850" thick aluminum plate designed to convert square-bore Edelbrock carburetors to fit OEM spread-bore intake manifolds, primarily for GM vehicles originally equipped with Rochester Quadrajet carbs. It includes all necessary gaskets and hardware for a secure, vacuum-leak-free installation, enhancing intake manifold pressure and delivering improved horsepower and torque across the RPM range.

Missing both gaskets.

Item is worth 5 stars, but was late. Got held up at customs and I had to pay an additional $25 upon delivery. I live on the east coast of Canada. That's never happened with anything I have purchased on Amazon before. Was a surprise I didn't see coming. Probably could have sourced it locally for cheaper. But spacer and gaskets are exactly what I wanted. Just a heads up for those considering the purchase.
