These chocolate-covered dates with almonds are a delicious surprise. Each piece is perfectly wrapped with four flavors that hit just right. The dates are rich and chewy, the almonds add a satisfying crunch, and the chocolate’s quality is top-notch without being overpowering. I loved the white chocolate the most and found it unexpectedly addictive. They’re a bit pricey but for a decadent, healthier treat that’s fun to share or keep all to yourself, they’re worth every bite.

These were maybe not the most favorite thing I have ever eaten, they were quite good. They utilized more natural means to get the sweet candy flavor without all of the junk. The way they were made did make the almonds feel softer than they were, but overall it blended quite well. It definitely helped the candy craving without the overbearing sweetness of most American sweets. I found that the more I ate them, the more I liked them, although if you are looking for chocolates specifically- these are unlikely to scratch that itch. The coconut is also very subtle, so if you aren't a fan of that flavor, I wouldn't let that dissuade you. I personally did not end up finding a huge difference between the flavors. My husband, on the other hand loved these from the first try. He nearly had the bag gone before I got to taste any. He said that they are of a very authentic flavor. I tend to believe him when it comes to foods most times, as he has done a lot of traveling. He also usually has an allergic reaction to dates made in the US and did not have a reaction to these, indicating to him that they are likely sourced from the Arabian region. A plus to him. The bag ended up being quite a decent size, a good quality so you weren't worried about it breaking, was resealable, and despite our frequent snacking on them (daily) ended up lasting a week or more. For people with less of a sweet tooth, they are likely to last a lot longer. For those who eat more than a few pieces, they are likely to last only a short time. I would say that while we don't eat a ton, we tend to eat sweets quite often compared to some. I had thought I had taken some pics, but I cannot seem to find them. In any case, in the end, my assessment is that these are good for those looking for an authentic and gentler sweet from the Arabian area. Unless you are flush, I would say that these are probably best for those who do not eat a ton of sweets.

Not exceptionally good or bad. The flavors weren’t too potent for anything to stand out but they were distinct enough between each selection. My first experience with chocolate covered almond/dates…I don’t know if I’d pay over $40 for a bag of those myself but they weren’t terrible.

These chocolate covered dates are way better than I expected them to be. They come individually wrapped and in four different varieties: milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate and coconut. The coconut ones are my favorite, but honestly they're all great. These came unmelted and undamaged. I'm generally not a fan of nuts in desserts, so I was a little hesitant to try them since I noticed there were almonds stuffed in the dates after I received them, but thankfully they're not overpowering. The almonds add a nice crunch without taking away from the sweetness of the chocolate or date. Overall very pleased with these and I'd definitely order them again.
