For 3/4" hose especially hard plastic type I should have ordered a less size to 3/4"

These are really heavy duty clamps and I could not imagine anything that would hold better than these. Maybe crimping with a hydraulic crimber, but that would be overkill, especially if you have only a few to do.

I got this set of clamps for my F-150 cold air intake hoses. They seem to be made from a somewhat thinner gauge metal than most higher quality clamps, so keep this in mind. However, they work fine for my use. The tab for tightening the clamp makes filter removal really easy for cleaning/re-oiling. If you need a clamp for heavy equipment, or a bumpy/high vibration environment, these clamps may not hold up to more severe conditions.

I needed these for a dust collection system and for some reason most of the clamps I was seeing had a weird stamped thread that was more of a raised bump than a cut thread. These clamps have a nice clean cut thread that is very solid and secures well. Nice bonus, these clamps had a tab on the screw head so no driver was needed. I would recommend these highly.
