This product is very easy to install. You'll need some handyman skills to connect into the system. I used PEX and Shark Bite connectors for my installation . I spoke to Nick in customer service and he was most helpful to answer my questions. I recommend this product for anyone who has issues with sediment and taste in their water. After installing this system we cleaned all the sinks and tubs to remove the old staining. The stains have not returned and the odd taste is gone. We change filters once a year and quality of these filter are outstanding.

Love these filters for their efficiency and size. I have then installed in a hunting cabin in the Texas Hill Country and they work like a charm. Water is clear and clean. Thanks to Nick and John for their assistance and recommending these filters. I would definitely recommend.

These filters worked great for a whole-house pre-water softener system, PP+CTO. The filter housings don't mate up fully with the filter head assemblies - no need to worry if they don't screw all the way in. As long as your o-rings are lubricated and in the right position you'll be fine. I pulled the PP filter after 6 months and it was full of rust from iron-heavy city water. This filter assembly was for a 1" main line and have about a 1-2lb pressure drop from gauges installed before and after, even when I pulled the PP filter. Great set of filters.

I purchased this twin tank system for my RV. Unit came very well packaged and I was very impressed with the initial quality. Thick steel mount, thick walled tanks gave me a sense of quality. I knew in advance this system does not come terminated on the input and output so I put on my own fittings. In my case I wanted garden hose fittings.The output side worked very well, easy install, no leaks. However, no amount of tape or plumbers putty would stop a small persistent leak on the input side. In fairness the leak was very small, about one drop every 30 seconds. I re-installed the fittings four or five times with the same result. A tiny leak. I was about to give up when I noticed the leak was always in the same location. I removed the fitting and took a magnifying glass only to find what looked like a hairline crack in the threads. I took the canister off and looked inside only to find a tiny pinhole in the plastic housing.I took some plastic solvent and repaired the threaded section and the internal housing and the leak stopped. I think what happened is during the molding of the housing the liquid plastic did not completely fill the mold and left this tiny pinhole through the housing to the external threads.Not sure if this would have been caught at the factory or if these units are even tested before leaving the factory, but this is a very small quality issue they should look into.So the only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of this tiny leak. Time will only tell if the repair holds, but so far I am leak free.Overall this is a high quality unit and I would not hesitate to buy another if needed.

Installation of the iSpring WGB21BM whole house water filter was surprisingly easy—even for a non-plumber. The system is thoughtfully designed, and everything connected smoothly without issue. But the real highlight is the improvement in our water quality—noticeably better taste right from the start, with no metallic aftertaste and noticeably clearer water throughout the house.I also want to give special credit to iSpring’s customer service, which was outstanding. I had a very minor issue and reached out—within a short time, a real person responded with a solution and followed up afterward to ensure I was completely satisfied. He even encouraged me to reach back out anytime in the future and emphasized that iSpring stands behind their products and wants every customer to be happy.In a time when post-sale support often leaves much to be desired, iSpring delivered personal, responsive care that exceeded expectations. I am absolutely thrilled with both the iSpring product and the outstanding customer support provided by Francis!After installing it by myself, I encountered a minor leak. Despite my best efforts, there was a slight water leak in three separate places. #1 is fixed with a slight tightening, but #2 (the other side) and #3 did not stop. I reached out to iSpring's support, and Francis stepped in to assist me. His response was not only prompt but incredibly detailed and helpful. Following his instructions, I applied O-ring grease, which stopped the leak at #3. Although it didn't completely stop the leak at #2, it did help reduce it.That is when Francis quickly arranged for replacement parts to be sent to me. He provided a tracking number and kept me updated throughout the process. The replacement arrived swiftly, and I am happy to report that the system is now working perfectly. The leak has been resolved, and the system is performing flawlessly.Whenever we experience heavy rain or a series of rainy days, the water in our city often turns brown for several hours, sometimes even longer. During these times, the city sends out water quality warning text messages. Residents in our subdivision are advised to flush their taps until the water runs clear again, as recommended by the city. After installing the iSpring filter, we had three days of rain, yet the water inside our house remained clear. However, the water in our garden, which is not filtered through the iSpring system, was as brown as usual.The product itself is top-notch, and Francis’s support was the cherry on top. His dedication to resolving my issue and his detailed instructions made a potentially stressful situation smooth and straightforward.Thank you iSpring and Francis for both their excellent products and their exceptional customer service.

It is very easy to install. We noticed the difference in our water much faster than we thought we would. This is a very well built product!
