Must have mouthwash for sensitive teeth and gums. This is the only one I use after lots of sensitivity issues. Works better than medicine the dentist gives. Highly recommend for sensitivity. Will continue to purchase and recommend.

I have very sensitive teeth and my dentist told me about this a few years ago. I use it daily and it has made a huge difference in my sensitivity. I can skip a day here or there and I’m still okay but I mostly use it every day. It’s more expensive than regular mouth wash but it’s worth it for the comfort that it provides for my teeth. I hope they never stop making it.

Doesn't taste great or leave long lasting minty breath. BUT it's the most effective sensitive tooth mouth wash I've ever tried. Really helps cut down on how sensitive some of my teeth are.

I am a horrible mouth clencher and have made holes in my teeth from doing so. Sensitivity all over my mouth. After using this product, the sensitivity relief improved drastically! Of course nothing is without its side effects, the skin inside my mouth cheeks shedded as well as my gum tissue. It was scary at first but besides annoyance, I got over it quick. Last side effect, it burns off my taste buds. I honestly can't taste everything I eat but to me, the trade off of not feeling pain on my teeth is worth it. The pain was very overbearing for me. Any relief is gold to me. You gotta decide whether it's worth it to you.

I have had a problem with grinding my teeth all me life. I don't have enamel on the surface of my teeth. I have already had one root canal because a dentist who was supposed to fill in a pit on my molar, ground the filling back off, making my tooth worse off than when I saw him in the first place. Then the tooth was way too sensitive, and that lead to the root canal to kill the nerve. I don't think I would have had that root canal, if I had this mouthwash. It has saved me from root canal number 2. I can now eat crunchy food I couldn't eat before, and my teeth are less cold sensitive.When I wake up, my teeth still feel clean. Plaque doesn't accumulate on my teeth now. This works better than any toothpaste for sensitive teeth I have tried, although I still use Colgate Sensitive.Eating anything sour will still undo the benefit, so I have to be careful with that.
