I’ve tried a handful of magnesium supplements over the years, but this one really stands out. The combination of different forms of magnesium (glycinate, citrate, malate) along with turmeric makes a noticeable difference — especially for muscle tension and sleep. I’ve been taking it for about a month now, and I’m sleeping more deeply and waking up without that usual stiffness in my shoulders and back and also the tired legs feeling which can be very annoying at times.Another big plus: it’s gentle on my stomach. Some magnesium products upset my digestion, but I’ve had zero issues with this one. The tablets are a little on the larger side, but they’re coated and easy enough to swallow.I also appreciate that it’s vegan and gluten-free. Early signs are encouraging
Early days but could be a useful supplement. Don't be put off by the size of the tablets, they look quite big but are really easy to swallow. I would prefer to have been using the supplement for a little while longer before I comment on their effectiveness but as mentioned earlier, early indications are favourable.

Doesn’t help me fall asleep. But does give good quality sleep.
Been taking it for a week or so now. Doesn’t help me fall asleep, but when I do fall asleep it is restorative / good quality sleep.
