STOTT PILATES Manual - Complete Stability Chair

I like the fact that the manual is spiral bound and is printed on a heavy paper stock that will hold up with usage. I like the breakdown of the exercises by body part and ranking of difficulty. Of particular value, each exercise has sections titled Essence, Focus and Modifications which describe the muscles that are engaged, areas which require attention, and variations of the exercise.I have one negative comment which pertains to packaging. The manual came in a plastic bag which was torn in several areas.

Great book as it covers: the exercises, gives suggested spring settings, explains what muscles and skeletal areas will be working and gives modifying exercises.

A well written manual with pictures! It explains everything step by step.

Decent book but didn’t provide me with the information i thought it would, there are other manuals for much cheaper that give the same information. Not enough different exercises basically, all what you would already know if you’re a practitioner.

I like the book. It's easy to read. Has images for examples. The descriptions.seems to be straightforward and easy to understand

Outdated informaton, Dated images and the font is way too small

Really great manual with so many exercises. One reviewer said it doesn’t tell the resistance but it does say the spring load recommended at the top of each exercise. Took off one star because it’s really expensive for what it is. Full color, hard bound cook books don’t even cost $55. It’s a really steep price for a spiral bound non-color manual.
