Low quality seeds
1) ok for me at this price.2) more than 20% seeds are either small or in bad shape.3) we would sow them and update in coming days about germination rate.UPDATE: 5th April 25Pic with current date shows ungerminated seeds.20-23 seeds germinated, remaing rotting in water with foul smell and being thrown into dustbin.~50% germination rate.
