Peace of mind and longevity make cost worth it.
Can't beat these for securement and longevity. Costs more, but it's worth the price when comparing to the smaller oval ones that are typically used for leg bags that I find to be somewhat unreliable which can cause issues and I've tried a few different brands of these.

They work well and we will continue to purchase them. They keep the catheter hose in line so it doesn't dangle all over.

Great for the price
These are very convenient. I don't like that sometimes the clip comes lose and I have a really hard time getting it snapped again once it's on the leg. the clip where the hose lays inside needs to be a little bigger, it's a really tight fit.
