Amazing tool! Within just a few minutes I was able to remove a bolt that was missing a head using this tool. It is very compact and indeed perfect for small precision electronic parts. Well worth its price and will no doubt be useful in the future.

To make long the story short, bought new laptop and about to add another SSD and the OEM SSD screw does not want to loose open. Scout for solution on Google and this was the suggested tool to use. Did not want to force open the screw as I might damage the new laptop. Bought it, patiently waiting... then VIOLA !!! In less than a minute I was able to remove 2 SSD screws and add new SSD in my new laptop. If you're having the same issues, would totally recommend this and don't even try to remove the OEM SSD screw without proper tools.

It worked!!! I stripped the screw to the wifi card of a Lenovo tiny desktop. I tried so many different methods and this was the only one that worked and it worked well! Absolutely worth the money.

TLDR: M.2 screw stripped? Vampliers will suck (and turn) the screw out! No dremel nor super glue needed! BLEH! I was very skeptical at first of this item as I always think most pliers don't work with stripped screws correctly... let alone tiny Desktop/Laptop screws! But these...! These worked the first time right out of the packaging! I had stripped my M.2 screw out of my Lenovo Legion Y740 17 inch laptop a few weeks ago trying to remove the thing... and totally didn't know how to get it freed without damaging anything in the chassis... I heard of using a dremel, but to scared to do something that could also damage any part inside the laptop, I also was going to try the Super Glue method... but again scared of damaging my parts. When I heard about these Vampliers (A cool and clever product name!) from a forum about removing a stripped M.2 ssd card from a laptop and looked at the reviews... my jaw first dropped at how expensive these tiny pliers are but... THEY ARE WORTH EVERY CENT! As you can tell in these photos... you can see the stripped screw in my hand and how small, flat & thin the screw and its head is by the penny, but it grappled the thin head with no issues... and a few turns later... popped the screw out and I was able to replace the screw easily! No fuss, no muss, it got the job done so easy! So outside of the high price I have no issues with these pliers, if anything changes as I use them overtime I will update this review. (Currently its Dec. 06, 2022) But I will completely 100% recommend these to your PC & small electrical tool box! Any PC repair person should keep a pair of these on hand in case of stripped screws inside Desktops and Laptops!

This thing was pretty dang cool and surprises me each day. I ordered it, and after sleeping on it....I started to fret that it would have trouble with any screws that are in tight places or adjutant to a frame or wall or anything sticking out. I almost canceled it and went with something else or a combination thereof.... However, I let it ride and was glad I did. It slides into much tighter places than I'd expect, and much like at the World Series of Poker all Jack Straus needed was a "chip and a chair," to remain in contention. All that this little sucker needs is to get a sliver of its teeth around the perpetrating screw, and dagnabit if that puppy isn't going to come out like the sun 24 hours from now. It's pretty industrious and honestly so far, there's not been a job I couldn't tackle with it. That said, I've tested it on some screws that are really hemmed in, like 3 of 4 sides have a boundary of some sort. And there have been some spots where if the screw was stripped, this alone wouldn't have been able to grab at it. I went ahead and picked up a bottle of the sticky goo that is supposed to work well. I presume that between the two of these, they'll work it like Rupaul on a runway.

Worked perfectly to remove all the way tightened stripped screws from Alienware Laptop Motherboard. I attempted removing screws with screwdriver while trying to repaste and stripped half of them with my screwdriver. This tool was came in absolutely clutch and love having this for computer parts if need be in the future. Highly recommended. The screws were basically flush because they were so tight and these pliers still grabbed on and loosened them. Successful GPU/CPU re-paste!!!
