This is one of the few CoQ10 products offered in 200mg. I prefer to split my intake of 400mg daily, so 200mg is perfect for after breakfast and another 200mg later for after dinner. The product is good quality at a reasonable price.

These are good quality with enough softgels to last quite a while. These give great results and boosts your energy. They should be taken with fat (cottage cheese, Greek Yogurt, fatty fish or beef).

If you take a statin, lots of information says you might well consider taking CoQ10 too. I have purchased this Microingredients brand and have been satisfied with it. Same was true for the CoQ10. I found the capsules were easy to swallow, of high quality, right sized and, at least by my assessment, effective. I mean, they take a long time before a noticeable effect comes your way. Ingredients--I looke for 200 mg capsules and this product delivers.
