These tast so good, I replace the for breakfast. But you can replace them for any meal,tast like a vanilla shake. Great for diabetics.

A nurse at my doctor's office suggested that I try this product (I am a Type-2 Diabetic) and so, I did - - and am I ever happy that I did! This refreshing drink is a perfect in-between-meals, guilt-free option that is both filling and flavorful. It has a silky yet solid "feel" and does not leave an unpleasant aftertaste. I am partial to the strawberry flavor, but I've also tried chocolate and believe that chocolate-lovers would be quite pleased with it. Of course, no matter which flavor one chooses, I think the shake tastes best well-chilled - - unless cold drinks are not preferred or are medically unsuitable. In my judgment, the drink's nutritional profile is excellent but if one has a particular health condition requiring dietary guidance, consulting one's dietician or medical provider might be in order. As a diabetic there is so few drinks that you can have. I drink Glucerna every morning for my breakfast. Amazon has the different flavors that can be difficult to find in the grocery store.
