As a first time pour painter very easy to use. Works great for acrylic pour painting . White in color but does not affect color of paint. good price. I like the cups with measurements on makes easier to mix.

My first time using, so I have no other products to compare it against. But it does mix well and pour as well.

So I bought this thinking it was the( cell creator ). It is not. Perfect for pillow paint or mixing with paint. One thing to note is be sure to buy the (straining cap) to go with it as it gets stringy and chunky.

I mix all my colors custom then use a "recipe" of about 5 items to make the paint pour. Unfortunately, they aren't always the same weight and don't flow well with disappointing results. With Floetrol, you simply use one part Floetrol to 2 parts acrylic paint and each color mixes and pours smoothly. I'll never do another acrylic pour without it!

I wanted to paint the exterior doors gloss white. I painted a few without this product and a few with. IMO The product knocked the full gloss down to semi gloss or eggshell sheen. It did make it easier when painting the balance of the doors I needed to paint.

I have loved this set. the Floetrol is awesome for acrylic painting and I loved having the cups with the measuring units on the side and it came with stir sticks also. Very good product and I would buy this again in a heart beat.

This kit includes the basics...a generous amount of Floetrol, 20 disposable graduated clear plastic cups and wooden mixing sticks.
