Great transition into Sound sleep. The flavor of this is pretty good and so far I’m loving the effects. It’s seeming to add to my sleep and I do feel a bit more refreshed. I have a little grogginess of if I take on a night that I’m not getting a full nights sleep but the GABA and Magnesium seem to be doing the job. I take about 45 min to an hour before bed to wind down. 10 sticks for the price and a name I trust. Great value.

I have had some trouble falling asleep need when I am feeling desperately tired. I was very skeptical of using this product because it’s more of a natural path, it doesn’t have melatonin… but I got really surprised how well it worked for me! I also want to highlight a little bit the flavor! It’s very subtle and yet flavorful.I only mix one pouch in a cup of warm water about 20/30 min before going to bed. It doesn’t make me drowsy, just relaxed and ready to sleep! I would highly recommend this!!
