Good printer performance

I received the product yesterday. On my Mac machine, I installed the drivers but no application is visible. I even tried on my Windows machine, but it shows a script error and I’m unable to repair it. Since morning I’ve been trying to contact customer care—calls are not being answered and emails are going unanswered. This is very frustrating and shows horrible customer service. Not recommended at all.

Excellent budget option! Perfect for small businesses & new entrepreneurs!I had my share of issues with the printer, as there were printing errors coming again & again in form of missing ink on print!!Was fed up of the issues until I came in contact with their customer support personnel named Lokesh. Normally any company employee would give up themselves saying okay sir we will refund your money. And the company would have lost a customer & customer would have also moved on to other brands.But Mr Lokesh was persistent, diligent & got into details. He personally patiently was looking after the case & ensured customer gets no issue & he diagnose the root cause of the issues faced by new customers! He graciously sent another new machine, twice to ensure the customer doesnt face this problem or any business loss because of this.Finally the issue was figured out by him, maybe it was handling/transportation issue, not sure. The third time he sent the machine, it was physically checked by himself & took me on a video call & marked the serial number as well.And finally the machine has come with almost next to perfect printing!Full 10/10 to such CUSTOMER SERVICE!And FULL 100 / 100 to such gem of a employee!And in turn 10/10 to a company who hires such employees!He ensured Helett doesn't loose a customer! Infact I would recommend others to buy this. Including my friends & family very soon!

Very cool product. I faced little issue installation of driver. I called back customer care. They resolve it with in a minute. I am impressed with the service.As far as product is concern, it looks cool, small and handy. The only thing I would say that it is little expensive. The similar type of White label products you can easily get in Guangzhou for ₹1200/- but I will not mind if I won't face any problem with the product for next 2-3 years.

Was delivered really late after a weeks time.Its working perfectly but the problem is the brand name written on the printer! The website says HELETT, I have been delivered Helet!I contacted the seller and they say it the T may have got damaged in the transit! But it doesn’t seem to be the same! Here is a product what I received! Its working perfectly though!!
