This is a really good probiotic designed especially to help the kidneys. There are 4 strains in this supplement: S. thermophilus, L. acidophilus, B. longum and L. casei. There are 50 billion CFUs in each capsule. The capsules are acid resistant so that most of the CFUs make it to your small intestines where they can go to work. There are 90 capsules per container, so this will last you 3 full months. The capsules are easy to swallow. No strange after taste. This is a great probitic supplement!

RenaMax, a kidney supplement that comes in a white plastic bottle; a well-sealed and odorless product containing 90 capsules. The capsules are easy to swallow, and the expiration date is 03/2026. Taking a capsule a day, it will last 3 months, but it is still close to $1 a day for something that has lots of claims and lacks quality control.Some side effects include bloating and gas. I am not sure if spacing the intake to once a week will offer any benefit, but I didn't feel particularly optimistic about this kidney supplement. The only good news is that it's made, or distributed, locally in CA.

It is difficult to measure results of this type of medication, but I at the very least I haven't noticed any negative side effect of taking this and the ingredients seem good. The capsule are see-through and flavorless. I like the wide opening to the container they come in! It is also easy to open since it is not child proof. I am happy with this product!

This kidney care and restore is absolutely loaded with pre and pro biotics! It has nothing artificial, no herbs, or anything superfluous, just the 2 things your kidneys crave the most! I wanted to try to take a little bit of care of my kidneys so I got this and so far I love it! It arrived quickly and well packaged. The capsules are standard size capsules, and easy to swallow. There’s no discernible taste or odor. I haven’t noticed any changes in a negative way and so far I feel great!
