Great Taste and Noticeable Energy Boost
Really impressed with these electrolytes. The taste is clean and not overly sweet, which makes them easy to drink during longer sessions without getting sick of them. They’re very easy to use - just mix with water and they dissolve quickly without clumping. No gritty texture either. In terms of quality, they feel well formulated and don’t cause any stomach issues. I’ve noticed a clear improvement in energy level during longer workouts, and they seem to help with muscle fatigue and post-session pain relief compared to just drinking water. Longevity is good too - steady hydration and energy rather than a spike and crash. Overall, good quality, easy to use, and they actually make a difference.

Excellent Electrolytes – My Son Swears by Them!
I bought these electrolytes for my son, and they’ve quickly become an essential part of his daily routine. He runs every single day and uses them alongside his Mounjaro treatment, and he absolutely won’t use anything other than Puresport products now. He says they help him stay properly hydrated and energised, especially on long training days, and he genuinely believes in the quality of this brand. It’s made a noticeable difference to how he feels during and after his runs, and he trusts the ingredients and performance completely. It’s great to see him so committed to a product that actually supports his lifestyle and wellbeing. We’ll definitely continue buying these — highly recommended for anyone active or needing reliable, clean electrolyte support!

Effective but Taste Could be Nicer
They are effective for hydration but the flavour isn’t the nicest (or worst). I’ve tried worse but I’ve tried nicer. The citrus flavour is significantly nicer than the raspberry, I struggled to drink the raspberry but the citrus was quite nice. The main reason for a deduction of one star is the price, as you can buy electrolyte sachets for significantly cheaper when they’re marketed for diarrhoea etc. Overall they are okay, but I would only repurchase the citrus flavour on its own and I would only buy it on sale.

Nothing special
I liked the flavour but half way they both make me sick… really expensive for what it is too.

Great drink, very salty
Very good, but by far the saltiest powder I have ever tried

Nice handy portable packs. Citrus is a better flavour
Puresport Ultra Electrolytes Hydration Discovery Pack (30 Pack) - £33 These are really handy and convienient. I have them with me when traveling as they're far easier to use and dose out, not needing a tub or measuring spoon. I tend to use half a pack at a time over two days on a weekend and can fold over the ends. I find them very useful after a night out, which is probably not the normal use, but lost electrolytes are lost electrolytes and these are potent for what they replace. Yes they're salty, because they're salts, but the citrus is particularly good at masking, the raspberry not working quite so well. You can also mix them with more water, sure you've got to drink more, but that's typically useful and lets face it, were taking things for their use rather than their flavour anyway.

Handy Sachets and Decent Flavours!
I ordered this Puresport Electrolytes sampler because was told by my GP that I probably needed electrolytes as I was getting dizzy standing up and I work out 5 days a week. She recommended finding a supplement without added sugar and so this selection ticked the boxes. I had tried another brand but found that the tart flavour was just too overpowering for me. It was a chore to try to drink it all and I gave up and decided to try something different. Which brings us to this Puresport review! The sampler has Raspberry Salt and Citrus Salt flavours. As you can see right in the name... These will be salty! At least I was prepared this time. lol The powder comes in pre-packaged sachets of 6.8g. I personally really appreciate the sachets. I much prefer them over loose powder which I have to weigh on a precise kitchen scale and which usually results in me getting powder all over the countertop. With the sachets is just rip and pour. Easy peasy. They mix up quite quickly and the water becomes a bit cloudy. I did find that I had to reshake a couple of times as some powder settled over time. But it wasn't a whole lot. It suggests mixing with 450-900ml of water. I took the middle ground with 600ml. And finally, the taste... Not bad at all! I knew going in that A) it wouldn't be sweet (no added sugar) and B) it would be salty, so I was happily surprised when it was a bit tart and a bit salty but not overly so for either. There's a refreshing hint of raspberry and because Puresport have added steviol glycosides (natural sweetener) there is a touch of sweetness but it's not sickeningly so. These are also very low in calories per serving (10 kcal) although that wasn't a consideration when I chose them. They're a little bit pricey but they're actually in line with most supplement brands (which all seem overpriced to me!). All in all, if you actually need electrolytes, Puresport would be worth a try.
