This is light but does add a bit of fullness without drying out your hair. Softness is great, but I also use the perfect hair day. Leave in and combination. It’s pricey, but works well for me so I stick with it.

I have a lot of very fine color-treated hair which tends to be flat no matter what I do, so I decided to switch shampoos as a experiment and chose this one based on reviews. I won't say the change is dramatic, but I definitely notice more volume and bounce than from my previous volumizing shampoo. It rinses quickly and smells nice, too. This is the most I've ever spent on a shampoo, but I'm glad that I need very little of it to work up a good lather. I've just begun using it and but so far, I really like how my hair behaves with it.

Product is great for fine hair. You don't have to use a lotReally makes a difference when I use other products. So I won't switch this is a great product. Worth the price

Update* 8/23/25 the shampoo and conditioner were great the first week or so but now both leave my hair flat. Disappointing with such a high price.Finally a shampoo that gives volume and lasts! I wash my hair every 2-3 days and the volume lasts until my next wash. It lathers great so not a lot needed. Highly recommend!
