VTech) Go! Go! Smart Wheels Speedway RC SmartPoint Racer 2-Pack

I bought the Vtech Super RC Speedway for my son at Christmas time. The speedway only came with one car, so I knew that I had to buy at least one more. I looked a few different places, and I ran into a problem. You can find the orange car to buy by itself, but I couldn't find the yellow care anywhere. So, I had the choice to either buy both at the same time, and have three cars, or buy just the orange car and hope that I never wanted to buy a third car. I decided to buy this double package, as it was just under double the price of one. So, I knew I wasn't getting ripped off. There are three different frequencies on each car and controller, so having three made it possible to make sure to not cross frequencies. My son is one and a half, and he absolutely loves these little RC cars! They have two settings. Motor and on. The motor is the setting to sync up to the remote, and the on is the setting for the car to just make noise. My son loves these cars, and I found out that my nephew, who is 5, loves them also. These cars are great to grow with your kids. I highly recommend these. You don't need to have the rc track to use them, either. They work just fine on the floor or anywhere else your child wants to play with them.

These cars are nice and durable just like all Vtech vehicles! This is the perfect addition to the collection of tracks our kids have been collecting as it allows them to add a new dimension to the existing play set: Race cars! WARNING: With fresh batteries, these cars are POWERFUL and often jump tracks on turns (take the turn easy or make sure that the leading track is non-tapered like a straight yellow train track). The powerful motor on the car might cause a skin burn if intentionally left on the skin and the motor engaged, so I wouldn't buy this for any child less than 18 months old. The motor disengages to allow for the child to push the car though the gates and points. When the motor is engaged the car will "click" much like an emergency brake on your real vehicle. I can't wait for other Vtech remote controlled tracks and cars!

This is a great little toddler rc car set, and my very inquisitive 13 month old loves them (even though he can't use the remote well yet). My biggest problem is when used with the coordinating vtech GoGo Smart Car tracks, the car doesn't stay on. It constantly drives off the tracks when going anywhere except straight. Why would vtech make these and then they don't even work with their own products? Other than that, they work well on carpet, tile, linoleum...everything except the vtech tracks. Would still buy this again. ALL the older kids up to my 16 year old won't stop playing with them.

My 20 month old LOVES these! He likes to take them off the track and have races with daddy in the house. They roll great on our carpet and tiles. I love that they can be used on and off the track making the toys more versitile. I think having more then one is great as well because it allows the parents or other children to play along! I also love that on the track its easier for my toddler to drive around the whole thing like the train. Its harder for a young toddler to push the cars all the way around when you have the tracks set up on a train table like we do. Fantastic job vtech!! You nailed it!!

I bought this set of two remote control cars for my 2- and 4-year-old grandsons, but only one car worked. The remote worked fine because it worked on the other car. Neither remote worked on the orange car. It would light up and make sounds, but wouldn't move with the remote. I bought these in advance for their birthdays, so the return window closed before I knew it didn't work. The other car works as expected and is a fun toy.
