I have used many water fountains for my multi cat home, this one is by far the best one. It holds a large amount of water so I do not have to fill it several times a day. The design is pleasing to the eye and blends in with its surroundings. There is a blue led that allows you to see the bowl in the dark, so no more tripping over it or unsuspecting cat trying to have a peaceful drink. The only way to know it is working is to look at it as it runs silently. The top fits to the pump effortlessly unlike the others I have tried. The filter system is next level, the filter pad sits into an easy opening container while the pump has a slot for a filter sponge doubling the filtration. I have cats that like drinking from a bowl and others preferring a tap in the bathroom, now they have the best of both worlds. A spout allows the water to flow like a tap whilst allowing some to pool in the bottom for my cats that like bowl drinking. I have however made a slight adaptation by adding a sensor to the bowl allowing it to turn off when not in use, movement near the bowl turns it on until the movement has gone. My cats approve of the bowl as they no longer drink from plastic. I have ordered another one to replace the other plastic one.

Works amazingly, all of my cats love it, very easy to clean, and a great quality item. Easy to set up and use, and keeps water fresh for multiple days (I left it a couple of days while I went on a work trip, and the water was still fresh).

This is amazing so easy to put together good quality so easy to clean and looks great . Light in the front and you can see clearly how much water is left. One customer made a comment about the light being too strong I strongly disagree with this comment there is nothing bad I can say about this fountain I would definitely recommend worth every penny and very quiet and my cat loves it .

A really good water fountain, the only water fountain my cats have actually used. I think they like the tap feature. It is easy to clean, came with many filters and sponge changes and even my rabbit loves it. My only issue is the blue light, it is blindingly bright, so I may cover the window because it’s insane and means I cannot look at the water fountain at night/in low lighting without hurting my eyes.

I’ve had a catit pixi water fountain that lasted a few years although had to replace the pump a few times. I looked around for a newer cat water fountain and found this one. Stainless steel. Decent size for my cats, smaller than the catit one but does come in two sizes. I got 2 litre one. Is quiet and has a light when plugged in. Looks good, cats like it, easier to clean and put back together than my previous one and I emailed and got 24 free filters about 48 hours later. 2 year warranty on the pump what’s not to like. Great price and deal on what is so far a great item. Pleased with my purchase I would recommend.

This little fountain is a revelation. Our kitty has early-stage kidney disease and she needs to drink more water. We'd noticed that she's recently been dipping her paw in her water bowl and stirring it, and the internet says that's because cats prefer running water. We tried a plastic fountain for a previous cat and she seemed not to like the taste of the water, so we thought we'd try stainless steel this time. Our current cat ignored the fountain for the first three days and I felt like a complete mug. And then... she discovered it and she loves it so much, I got her a second one for another floor of our house. She drinks out of it constantly, sometimes out of the basin and sometimes directly from the spigot like a little kid drinking from a water fountain. Huge success!It is incredibly simple to set up and whisper quiet. It's louder if you don't put the curved spigot on and let it bubble instead, and it also splashes if you do that. With the spigot in place, zero splashing, constant fresh water, and endless delight for the kitty cat in your life. Really easy to clean, too. And best of all, the seller gives a six-month supply of free replacement filters. What's not to love? I'm probably going to get a third for the top floor of our house, so that our cat will have no excuse not to drink, wherever she is. Amazingly successful purchase and a bargain for the price.UPDATE: about once a month the fountain stops and seems to be broken. It ISN'T. I have learned that you have to pry out the little spinning bit (it looks like a tiny propellor) inside the pump unit and rinse it thoroughly. Then it works again. I was really annoyed at first and wrote to the seller, and they sent me a video showing how to take it all apart and clean the pump. The cat is happy again! Whew!

This fountain was bought to replace an old plastic one that had worn out after a long time. I saw the stainless steel and thought it would be a lot better. I was right. It is easy to clean and works perfectly. I especially like the light because it is easy to see when the water level drops and my cat likes it because the depth of water in the tray at the top is perfect for her. It is extremely quiet and I can hardly hear anything when I am right next to it - just a slight sound of water running. Once a couple of yards away from the fountain you cannot hear a thing. The filter and sponge are very easy to change when necessary but make sure it is turned off and the water has run into the base of the unit so that it does not spill onto the floor when you remove the tray. It is a lovely looking fountain with perfectly clear running water and excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
