This window film was easy to install (follow directions and cut it smaller than the window by suggested amount) and spray the water on clean window before hand. It’s helpful to use a credit card or squiggly straight edge to get the air bubbles out. If you don’t like how it settled on the window just pull it off and try again. Functions as it should by providing pretty privacy without taking away natural light. Decent value, easy to cut, easy to peel and looks good. Sticks to window without being sticky or annoying to apply.

I bought this for my back door that has see through glass and a square pattern. It worked great! Easy to cut and can be customized for whatever pattern you want. Truly is extremely easy to install, no need to hire a professional and looks good. It takes some time to do it right, but the instructions are great. Getting the bubbles out perfectly was the toughest part for me and even that wasn't too bad! Creates privacy, looks good, and does not fall off so highly recommend!

For a client of mine I needed to purchase some window film for 3 windows and a door. I didn't have any experience with any of these manufactures so the question was where to start. I read the reviews here and decided to take my chance with a company called "Artscape" and purchased two rolls 24x36 and chose the rice paper look. I thought the price for the quantity was a bit high but with free shipping I went ahead and ordered. It arrived in less then a week and was happy to see that the second roll included a squeegee. Not having any experience installing window film before I expected the worst but found the whole experience wonderful and very easy to say the least! The quality and ease of use is exactly as the manufacture claims. The project was finished in no time and my client decided to have additional windows done so I went back to Amazon to make an additional purchase but this time made the mistake of choosing another manufacture called "Gila" because it was cheaper, for a larger quantity and also because I foolishly thought that all window was basically the same. Well let me tell you that was a big mistake!! The product arrived and it was a world apart from the "Artscape" product. The Gila is much thinner material, it has a adhesive material on the back (which tends to stick to itself if your not careful). It does not have the feel or look of the "Artscape" product. After about 30 minutes I just gave up and threw the product away and ordered a new supply of "Artscape" again. It arrived in a few days and worked perfectly as in the first installation. I couldn't be happier and highly recommended this manufacture for your window tinting jobs. Just a note: The second shipment did not include the squeegee as in the first shipment so if you order this product make sure Amazon ships the squeegee with it and if not have one handy. Its a must to do the job correctly!!!

I spent my first few months in my ground floor apartment with my mini blinds permanantly closed. There is a walking path a few feet from my windows - at people would state in day and night. With no light, I felt like I was living in a cave. This is a nice alternative - lets some light in, and gives me adequate privacy so I don't need to keep my blinds down any longer. Application was easy, but I did get some bubbles. Applying on a sunny day helps you see then. I may have had some trouble as I installed them alone - a second pair of hands might help! I also agree - really wish the manufacturer provided lines on the back as a cutting guide - would make thisngs so much easier!!

This is a very pretty light diffusing film. Our bedroom window faces our backyard, and I don’t always want to see out there when we have friends out on our patio. This allows enough light, yet creates privacy. It will also be beneficial in the summer in helping cut back the very bright morning light. Instructions are very clear and show equipment needed. 2 tips: be sure to have an exacto blade, or similar, to trim excess on edges after it’s up. I didn’t have one and had to use scissors, which didn’t make the neatest trim! Second, a credit card or other small hard plastic item with a straight edge, is perfect for pushing the bubbles out to the sides. No need for anything fancy. Love this and would absolutely get again if needed.

I love the look of this rice paper patterned film, and wanted to apply it to two 10-light french doors. I thought it would be easy to apply to the 20 small windows, but I was so wrong. When you cut the pieces you need to leave a 1/16 inch margin on all sides. This is to allow the water to exit from underneath the film as you squeegee the film onto the window. But the tiny variations in 20 little windows mean you are still left with some bubbles that you can't squeegee out unless you trim the film again. If you are doing french doors, I highly recommend investing in a small cutting unit with a rotary blade (a fiskars type cutter with a flat table that allows accurate measurements and cutting). I started with just a straight edge ruler and utility knife, and would have given up if i hadn't remembered the rotary cutting table sitting on an office shelf. So french doors are difficult, but the effect is well worth it. I plan to install on doors with a single pane window, and i'm sure that will be much easier.

J'adore mes fenêtres avec cet article, super qualité, super facile à poser et la lumière passe super bien dans mon salon, cela me permet de ne pas voir mes voisins. Ça crée une belle décoration en plus. Aussi, l'hiver cela permet d'isoler du froid et de l'humidité.

Tolle Qualität! Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Folie. Sie war einfach anzubringen mit der Anleitung. Meine Tür sieht jetzt so toll aus. Ich bin gerade super glücklich. Würde ich immer wieder kaufen.

Me gusta lo sencillo que es, enjabonar la ventana y colocar el recorte. Permite entrar la luz y evita que otros vean hacia adentro. Me gusta el look oriental como si fuera papel de arroz.

Die Folie hat eine sehr robuste Qualität. Die Montage ist sehr einfach: Glasfläche ausmessen, auf die Papierrückseite aufzeichnen, ausschneide , Fenster säubern, Glasfläche anfeuchten, Folie aufbringen, ausstreichen, anfänglich noch ersichtliche winzige Blasen verschwinden in kurzer Zeit von allein. Ich hatte vorher eine andere weiße Folie im Badfenster, sie hattest viel Licht geschluckt, dass das Bad vom Tageslicht nicht mehr hell genug war. Das hat mich so sehr gestört, dass ich einen Ersatz suchte. Das Blättermotiv ist wunderschön, es hat einen sehr großen Musterrapport und die Blätter sind sehr filigran, manche so zart wie Gräser, dadurch wirkt es sehr natürlich. Man kann trotz der klaren Motive nicht nach außen blicken. Gleichzeitig lässt die Folie sehr viel Tageslicht in den Raum: ein großer Wohnwertgewinn. Das Bad ist zum Wohlfühlraum geworden. Tags wie auch nachts ist ein perfekter Blickschutz gegeben. Beigefügte Bilder zeigen das Fenster bei Tag und Nacht, von innen und außen. Bewegt man sich im Bad, ist nichts zu sehen, die Umrisse vor dem Fenster lassen nichts erkennen und erst dann so dunkel, wenn man ganz nah am Fenster steht. Die restliche Folie habe ich für meine Vitrine, für die Glastüren in Holzrahmen verwendet. Außerdem habe ich die Zimmertür mit Milchglasausschnitt aufgepeppt. … Wow! sieht das toll aus. … ich habe im Laufe der Zeit schon so manche Fensterfolien und Möbelfolien verarbeitet. Keine hat mich so sehr begeistert, wie diese. Ich bin äußerst glücklich über das tolle Produkt. Ich kann die Folie jedem empfehlen, der es floral und hell liebt und einen Blickschutz braucht.

We bought this for a large window. It was easy to install and it looks great. It provides the privacy I need in the main floor dressing room while still allowing light into the room. Since it could be installed either vertically or horizontally, I was able to install one large piece using one roll. I am pleased.
