Higher Nature is a very good brand with high bio availability, which means the body can actually use the mineral effectively as it is easy to assimilate. I take them usually before bed time to help me sleep soundly. I would definitely purcahse this produce again.

Good quality magnesium capsules, I find them easy to take but some other may not as they are on the bigger size but magnesium capsules generally are. I take for restless leg syndrome and these work well, these Higher Nature - Atlantic Marine Magnesium 300mg are priced higher than some but well worth it for the quality and purity of this sustainability sourced magnesium

Higher Nature - Atlantic Marine Magnesium 300mg - Natural Source - True Food Formula - Magnesium Supplements - Natural Calm - Bone Support - Vegan - One Month Supply - 30 Capsules Price at time of review £16.87 Marine magnesium is supposed to be more easily absorbed than other forms, hence the larger than normal price tag for a mere 30 capsules. There is a slight smell that is different from other forms of magnesium, I don’t know if it’s a faint smell of the sea, or something else, but it is only very very slight, and I do have a highly sensitive nose! Most people probably wouldn’t even notice it. Standard sized white capsules, easy to swallow and no aftertaste. Bottle is only half full. What an unnecessary waste of space and of plastic. Why do companies do this? It does seem expensive to me, but perhaps I’ll feel differently when/ if this marine magnesium has a positive beneficial effect on me. If that happens over the course of the next 30 days, I’ll come back with a suitable update. Meantime, partly because Higher Nature have used a container far too big for the amount of product in it, and partly because of the whopping price of £16.87 for 30 capsules (just over 56p each), I’m knocking it down to 3 stars.

Easy to take seems to have helped but only taken for a short while

My PMS was so bad I was advised to try antidepressants. I have tried everything else on the market and NOTHING has touched the sides. These capsules have not only taken the edge off my PMS, but I wouldn’t know that I’m due on my period. The only reason I did know was because my app notified me. I haven’t changed anything else and I’ve been like it for 18 years so I truly believe it’s the magnesium!
