Quality item. Works well and pricey

I really liked the Edge gel shaving cream that used to be on Subscribe & Save. Amazon crapped the bed on that so I switched to Gillette shave gel. I like the texture and how thick the foam gets. I get a nice, clean shave with no razor burn. I have plenty on hand so there is no risk of running out thanks to Subscribe & Save. I use a single-blade safety razor. I have no patience for the cost and gimmicky insanity that goes with multi-blade razor cartridges. I get a nick-free, smooth shave with no razorburn at all. This works for me and probably will work for you. My only complaint is the smell. It is kinda like Barbasol. Its not bad, but I don't need my shaving cream to have a smell at all. I liked the menthol smell of the Edge. Its not a dealbreaker.
