Is this for 2015 ford transit fsv?

Not sure if it would work on the fsv, I use them on a 2015 ford transit hd 3500 diesel. Your owners manual would have the proper filter number or contact your dealer and ask for the filter part number. Hope this helps.

Will this fit a 2019 transit with the 3.5 eco boost

I think it should since it fits my 2017 transit with the 3.5 eco boost. It’s worth putting it in since the van doesn’t come with one. It does help.
