Excellent work great

We bought this Aroma 60 cup rice cooker for commercial use, and it has performed great. I followed the manual’s instructions and always got perfect results, even when cooking the maximum amount of rice. It cooks evenly, doesn’t get mushy on the bottom, and is very easy to clean. We’ve used it about 10–12 times over the past year, and it still works like new. Overall, no complaints — very reliable and highly recommended.

I bought this for gift to a friend who had business I hand it to her on her birthday but I bought it for 1week earlier she did not use it for another week and when she used it kept on burning her rice on the bottom the cook and warm seems not engaging so she didn't give any reason or did not know if there is something wrong with it cause it is restaurant even though there is a burn on the bottom they will clean it cook some more... so one day it burns the rice that totally that the warm switch did not work anymore I guess it burned the rice so good that was just the total of 2 weeks and oneday using... I tried to return it but they say no.... its new but it is not working right so I guess I will stop in ordering appliances cause the warranty is too short.30 days only.... it is a waste of money ... I learned my lesson ...

it was trial and error for perfect rice, not so easy at first but you get the hang of it. I didn't notice any burning smell as some would when using a new project but I found that instructions for water and rice ratio was way off and made dried rice so I followed my elders rice and measure with finger and palm method (IYKYK). Other than that, it's an awesome size. One pot of cooked rice (60cups) makes an overflowing large Costco foil pan. I wouldn't reconnmend doing the full 30 cups though as sometimes a little less gives it breathing room to expand more. The pot is non stick and easy to clean which made it a breeze to cook 4 rounds within 6 hours. It's commercial quality and function as should.

Delivery was just on time ! Rice quality it’s great easy to use and big capacity.

I have one one thing that I can say about this product. Sometimes I have to press the cook button again after just starting it.

This is the best cooker you may ever have. It is ideal for catering businesses. It has a great closing mechanism that allows for an hermetic seal to cook/steam the rice to perfection. We use it mostly for the Cuban traditional congri rice (rice and beans) and it does the job perfectly. No sticking to the bottom or uneven cooking, it cooks very well.

Muy buena pero tuvimos que probar una y otra vez hasta encontrar la medida correcta de agua. El manual que incluye es muy impreciso.
