This is probably the best "budget" red dot option. Not sure I would trust it for any actual self defense purposes, but for other purposes I don't think there is a better option out there. I have it mounted to a PCP set up, but I think it would also make a great turkey sight if you are looking for a red dot option. The 2 MOA dot is very clear and easy to pick up. Very well made (not surprising from Sig) and seems like it will hold up very well in the field.

This red dot sight is the best investment I have made. Easy Installation, very light weight, and perfectly zeroed. I already attached it to my duty AR 15 DDM4. That combo is unique. Highly recommend. Very happy with the decision made.

Added this to my PCC build. The brightness adjustment is simple and fast. Covers you from full sun mid day to dim lanes at the range you will find want you want with a few clicks. Has held its sighting with no issues mounted, stored in its case that gets tossed in the back of my truck and then driven through the desert and mountain trails like it’s a rental car. Pull it out and it drives nails every time. Very fast and clean picture which makes follow ups feel smooth. Top thing I like about it is the mount, how high it sits and the ability to co-sight off my irons. I’m not using it to really reach out and touch anything far away with a PCC but it is perfect for my setup. Highly recommend.

The Romeo5 I received is exactly as described in the advertisement. Love its size and quality construction. I am anxious to get it on my gun and hit the range!

I just purchased this Romeo5 Red Dot sight and installed it on a 5.56mm AR rifle. The instruction and information card that was included with the unit was very easy to understand and follow. It was very easy to install. It was very easy to sight in. It is very easy to use, and the MOTAC option is an excellent option on any red dot regardless of the price range, and especially on this economical unit. SigSauer claims an "Infinite Guarantee (TM)" for this unit, which basically states that they will repair or replace the unit if it ever goes bad or is damaged regardless of how the unit was damaged. The combination of its excellent reviews, and price point, and SigSauer reliability tells me that I should be able to use this unit for many years to come.

Installed on my Ruger 10-22 take down and sighted it at 50 yards. 1” groups and that is good enough for me. Seems to have really good battery life and holds zero well. Optics are clear. I recommend it but am no expert.
