great reading for young children

I bought this set for my 10-year-old, and it has been a huge hit in our house. He started with Book 1 and now reads a couple chapters every night before bed — sometimes even sneaks in extra reading when he should be asleep. The stories are funny, easy to relate to, and have just enough silly illustrations to keep him hooked.What I really like is that the humor works for different ages. My older daughter (12) also picks them up and laughs at the same parts, so the collection has been shared between them. Having all 23 books in one box makes it feel complete, and it’s nice not having to buy them one by one.The only downside is the box set is pretty heavy, so it’s not the easiest thing to carry around, but the sturdy box keeps everything neat and in one place. Overall, this was a great purchase — a collection that will keep my kids entertained for years.

This series is great for any child that is required to read but does not hold interest in certain chapter books. After the first book was completed, this ended up being our favorite series! The author is SO funny and there is humor for parents as well as kids! GET THIS SERIES!

This set got my grandson reading again!!

We got all the books within a couple of days, and they all look perfect and brings back the memories from when you were a kid and looking in the library for all these books! Highly recommend if you have kiddos or if you want to read them yourself there’s even a few I haven’t even got to read that are part of the collection. Definitely grateful that they had this available as a for Sette collection instead of having to buy each book individually.
